On the generator application there is an image settings button. If you're satisfied with your generation, click Accept to save the NPC to a NPC sheet. This button opens a window where you can select what you want to include in the generation.
I couldn't perfectly emulate the font types used by WotC for their official materials because they are paid fonts, and I couldn't figure out how to do small caps in Google Docs, so the S MALLCAPS fonts you see are.
